Data collected

One piece of data only: your email address, collected when you join the waitlist.

No other personal data is collected. No tracking cookies, no behavioral analytics.

Purpose

Your email is used solely to notify you when ThirdHand launches on the Mac App Store. One email will be sent at that time.

Legal basis

Explicit consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), given at sign-up.

Retention period

Your email is kept until the launch notification is sent, then deleted within 30 days. You can request deletion at any time.

Sub-processors

Two providers process your data on our behalf:

• Loops (loops.so) — email delivery. Headquartered in the United States. Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available.
• Vercel (vercel.com) — website hosting. Headquartered in the United States. DPA available. Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) apply.

These transfers outside the EU are governed by the mechanisms provided under the GDPR (SCCs).

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Objection to processing
• Data portability
